Meet Mark Steele

As a fourth-generation hospitality industrialist, Mark's experience extends beyond his more than 25 years of food and beverage experience - he was born and raised in the hospitality industry. His lifetime of gaining experience makes him uniquely qualified to lead you and your team to success.

Mark Steele possesses a rare and exceptional combination of skills that makes him a unique and valuable asset to the companies he consults with.

Mark’s paternal grandfather, Joseph O’Mara, was a Guinness Master Brewer and helmed the first brewery outside of Dublin. He also owned a pub in Ireland where Steele’s father worked during the summers as a kid cleaning bottles for reuse in the river behind the pub.

As a teenager, Mark Steele worked as a busboy at Spanish Trail Country Club where his father was the original General Manager and his mother was a salesperson. This photo was taken during a “Roaring 20’s” themed event.
