Having just vacationed in Champagne, a province in north east France known for its sparkling wine, it was rewarding to share the recent knowledge to a group just looking to have fun. I created a Champagne class where the ladies tasted five sparkling wines side by side. The private residence had a beautiful large bar where we gathered, laughed and learned. Bonus was the screen that allowed me to showcase the educational powerpoint presentation.
